Liquid Topaz: Now she feels it

It’s nice to have all my pieces for this project together in one book so I can refer back to and build upon the patterns I’ve already created. I started this page with a bold, simple Sharpie design, similar to page 37. I really liked the pattern on the saucer from page 107, so I added that in my largest section. I picked the blue stripes from page 65, and the golden waves from page 87.

It took me while to add the gold leaf to this page, but finally, 5 parallel lines emerged to suggest a music staff.

I was reading about the Dadaists last night, and was thrilled to find the term “happy accident” to describe these words peeking out from the blue stripes:

Now she feels it.
