My Bluejean Baby debuts tonight, with Sweet Chocolate Dream

I am showing three art pieces for the first time at the Art Forum at DuPre’s Antique Market tonight. I found a lovely frame to hang my new Glover Park Fountain drawing. I also pulled out two older illustrated poems that go well with this summer weather.

My Bluejean Baby is a character I created over 2o years ago. This particular figure drawing done in 2008 inspired me to write about her again.

Sweet Chocolate Dream is a poem I wrote in 2007. At the time, I enjoyed combining crayons with watercolors. I illustrated several poems this way, and ran my first ever set of limited edition prints. The print framed in the gallery right now is signed and numbered 2 of 3.
